Preparation:
Grind the soaked dal with salt, red chillies, and cilantro. Use little water to grind. The cosistency should not be thin. Transfer into a bowl. Add jeera to the batter.
Heat the griddle(or pan)on the stove top. Sprinkle a few drops of water. After the water evaporates, pour the batter with a big ladle and spread it circularly(like you do for dosa). Put 1 tsp of oil along the yaadni. After 5 min flip it over for few seconds and place it on serving dish.
This is very nutritious.
