Tapioca Patti(sabudani patti)


Tapioca(overnight/6hr soaked) -1 cup
Peanut powder(roasted) -1/2 cup
Mashed Potato(cooked) - 1/2 cup Salt - as required
Minced green chillis - 1tsp
Cumin powder - a pinch.
Cilantro leaves(finely chopped)- 2 tbsp
Powdered Bread - 2 cups; toast a slice of bread and grind it ot a powder

1.Take the soaked tapioca in a mixing bowl. Add the mashed potato,and remaining ingredients, except bread powder.
2. Take the shallow pan and little qty(say, 1 tbsp)of oil or ghee. Allow it to heat.
3. Make lemon sized balls from the prepared Tapioca mixture and dip it in the prepared powdered bread and shallow fry in hot oil till golden color. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
