Soosla(Puffed rice upma)

For vegetables:

In a non-stick pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add mustard seeds and allow them to pop. Then add hing, urad dal, green chillies, ginger, and remaining vegetables.Allow them to cook.
Meanwhile,take a large vessel of water and put puffed rice in that. After 5 minutes sqeeze out the water from the puffed rice and add it to the cooked vegeatbles. And also add 2 tbsp of putani powder[just grind putani(split dalia)]. Garnish with fresh grated coconut and finely chopped cilantro. Serve with chatni powder.
