Saaru(Rasam)

Preparation:

Heat the vessel with 1 tbsp of ghee. Add mustards and allow it to pop. Then add half a tsp of hing, and then add tamarind pulp. Put the tomatoes(cut), CIlantro, curry leaves, sugar, salt and allow it to boil vigorously. Once it starts boiling add blended(churned) toor dal. Boil it thoroughly.
