Vegetable Curry Puffs

Ingredients for curry puffs:

*Pepperidge farm pastry sheets - 1 pack
(For stuffing):
Cooked Potato (Lightly mashed)- approximately 6.
Green peas(cooked)-1/2 cup.
Minced green chiilis- 2-3.
Cilantro - 1/2 cup
Lime juice - 1 tbsp.

Preparation Method:
1. To make the potato curry, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a curry pan. To the lightly heated oil add fennel seeds(Sounf). Then add turmeric, cooked potatoes, Cooked green peas, green chillis, cilantro and salt to taste. Once the curry is done add lime juice and mix it well. Keep this aside.
2.Thaw the pastry sheets.One can make 6 curry puffs from one folded sheet.There wiil be 2 sheets in a pack. so you can make 12 puffs. Follow the instructions on the pack for oven setting.
3.Put the curry in the center of the sheet and fold it lightly.Do not press it. Then bake it at preheated oven for about 10 min until golden brown.
4.Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.

serving time: For curry: 20 min
for puffs: 40min
