Mango Chutney
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 grated raw Mangoes
- 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
- 4-5 red chillies
- 2 tbsp of jaggery
- 1 tbsp of fenugreek powder(methi powder)
- salt to taste
- a pinch of hing
Preparation:
Grind all the above ingredients with little bit water. Transfer the chutney into a dish and pour vaggarini(vagar) onto it. Serves with dosa, idli, etc.,
