Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- 3 Tbsps of Putani(Split dalia)
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1 Tbsp of finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup of coriander leaves(cilantro)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice or tamarind water
- 2 Tbsps of yogurt
Preparation:
Mix all the above ingredients and grind it to a smooth paste in a blender. Add water if necessary during grinding. Transfer the chutney into a dish and pour mustard vaggarini(seasoning) onto it. Serve with Dosa, idli, vada, etc.,
