Preparation
Grate plantain and keep it aside. Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a pan and add mustards to it. After they stop popping add a pinch of hing, 1 tsp of turmeric and 1 tbsp of urad dal.Once the urad dal turns brownish add grate plantain. Do not add water. Plantain should get cooked in the oil.serve it with chapati, roti, etc.,
