Chana dal -2 cup Urad Dal - 1 cup Moong Dal - 1 cup Rice - 1 cup Whole wheat - 1 cup Coriander Seeds(Dhania) - 1 tbsp Cumins(jeera) - 1 tbsp A tsp of Hing(Asafoetida)
1.Dry roast Chana in half a tsp of oil in a frying pan. Keep it aside. Put a tsp of turmeric on the roasted chana dal.
2. In the same frying pan dry roast the remaining ingredients separately.
3. Allow it to cool and grind it finely in a spice grinder.
