This recipe was told by one of my friend who is from Bangalore. This is a typical South Karnataka dish.
Cook the required vegetables in a pan. Churn the buttermilk and keep it aside. Grind the ingredients required for the paste. Put the paste in the churned buttermilk and stir it well. Pour this in the vegetables pan. Allow it boil. Add saasve(mustard) Vaggarini(Vagar).
