Kosambari


Ingredients
  • Soaked moong dal/Chana dal - 1 cup
  • Green chiliies(finely chopped) - 1
  • Finely chopped cilantro - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tsps
  • Fresh grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
Mix the above ingredients in the salad bowl. Make mustard vaggarini(vagar) and pour it in the salad bowl. Mix it well and garnish with coconut.
