Mix all the above ingredients with little bit of oil and water. Make a dough(like Chapati dough).
Heat the pan(tava)on the stove top. Take a ball size dough and apply oil on the ball and pat it on the tava.Pat it to a size of a thali on the tava. It shoudn't be thin nor thick. Pat it evenly. Make 4 to 5 holes in the thalipeet and put a drop of oil in each of the hole. After 4-5 min flip it over for a min or so. Then transfer it to a serving dish.
For the next rotti, you need to put the tava in a cold running water and wipe it dry. Then repeat the same steps as above to make rotti.Then transfer it to a serving dish.
